      Re-Tree Broadway Fillmore
Please join us this Saturday, November 1, 11 am, at Eugene V. Debs Hall to plant 15 street trees kindly donated by Re-Tree WNY. We will start out with coffee and doughnuts and end with Alibaba kebabs! This planting will focus on completing the street tree canopy on Memorial Drive between Lombard Street and William Street.
        
      
      Workers Wednesday
Your hosts Tony Caferro and Tim Courtney are back for their monthly Workers Wednesday, October 29, 6 to 10 pm. Tony and Tim will celebrate Friday's landslide election of Catherine Connolly as president of Ireland with an NA mocktail named in her honor. Their Catherine Connolly Cider is a smokey, spicy take on an autumn favorite.
Stop by, pick through their record crates (or BYOV), and grab a beer or Catherine Connolly mocktail!
Shelter Dog Happy Hour
Celebrate Indigenous Peoples' Day with shelter dogs on Monday, October 13, 5 to 7 pm, followed by the Buffalo Bills game at 7:15 pm. We'll have complementary Wardynski beer brats available.

      Film Night: The Hidden Life of Trees (2020)
Join us Tuesday, September 23, 6 pm, for a screening of The Hidden Life of Trees, a 2020 documentary film that expands on the 2015 bestselling book of the same name by German forester Peter Wohlleben. The film follows Wohlleben as he explores forests and explains the complex and connected social lives of trees. Doors open at 6 pm, with the film being screened at 7 pm. Chef Steve returns with a feast featuring Italian sausage on a Costanzo roll, coleslaw, smashed potatoes, and a homemade dessert plus coffee for only $15 per person!

Doors open at 5 pm, dogs arrive at 5:30 pm, folk musicians Tyler Bagwell & Sally Schaefer begin playing at 6 pm, and the Labor Day Ride begins at 6:30 pm.

Please join us for a very special ChefSteve Night where I will be serving my famous beer chicken, (veggie option also available), two sides, coffee and dessert with food proceeds to benefit the Friends of the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter!
Doors open at 5:00 & Dogs arrive at 6:00!
Doggie dishes will include chicken and rice and steamed apples for dessert.

It's the first Monday of the month, and that means Ethan Cox will be hosting his Brewers' Union No. 4 on Monday, June 2, 6 to 10 pm.
Ethan will be unveiling a special beer by Strangebird in Rochester, as well as his complementary carrot ginger soup. He'll also be bringing bottled selections to share by Brewery Ardennes and Plan B in Poughkeepsie.
Stop by! Feel free to bring an interesting beer to share, and Alibaba Kebab takeout to make it a night on the town.

Join us for our next Fight Fascism Friday this Friday, May 30, 6 to 10 pm, with an important presentation and discussion led by a local representative of the national group, Standing for Democracy.
