Meet the Board

The Eugene V. Debs Hall Board of Directors is elected by our membership to set the strategic direction, make key decisions, and provide oversight and accountability to advance our non-profit purpose as a 501c7 social club.

  • Chris Hawley

    Chris Hawley is an urbanist and preservationist who, along with 265 founding members, established Eugene V. Debs Hall in 2021. He lives over the tavern with his cat Sputnik and dog Brazen.

  • Bob Sienkiewicz

    Bob was a beloved activist and advocate for his Broadway Fillmore neighborhood with a list of accomplishments almost too long to list, and became the co-founder of Eugene V. Debs Hall when he sold the building he saved from foreclosure and demolition to Chris Hawley in 2020, and joined its Board of Directors. Bob died in 2024 after a long battle with ALS, and was thereafter named by the Board of Directors as its first ever Member Emeritus.

  • Bernice Radle

    Bernice Radle is the Executive Director of Preservation Buffalo Niagara. She is the owner of Buffalove Development, a company founded in 2012 that focuses on renovating vacant spaces and places in Buffalo. Bernice is the co owner of Neighborhood Evolution LLC, which trains and teaches small scale developers around the USA. 

  • Ethan Cox

    Ethan Cox is an associate professor of Psychology at Villa Maria College. Prior to that, he co-founded Community Beer Works, and helped revive the Buffalo municipal flag. A husband and father, he acts as The Debs Hall’s draft system and beer director. 

  • Nate Neuman

    A city planner by day, Nate shapes his beloved hometown's future. By nights/weekends, he serves as Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army (currently deployed in Wiesbaden, Germany). Nate's service extends to board roles with the WNY Veterans Housing Coalition and Veteran's One Stop Center. His life's motto? "God, Country & Buffalo!" – a perfect snapshot of Nate's passions.

  • Ashley Infantino

    Ashley is the Marketing Director at Factor and the co-founder and co-host of The Day After, a podcast dedicated to sharing grief stories. She's a passionate community advocate, serving on the board of WNY Veterans Housing Coalition and volunteering at the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter & Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester. Beyond work, you'll find Ashley cheering for the Buffalo Bills, exploring new places with her fiancé Nate, or enjoying outdoor adventures with her beloved dogs, Lady and Molly.

  • Daniel Regan

    Globally minded, locally focused, with a passion to tell stories. Dan Regan is a teacher, a writer, and a level 12 Wizard.

  • Hanna Skubis

    Hanna is a dynamic product manager, passionate advocate for community impact, and avid baker, currently leading transformative initiatives at Trusted Nurse Staffing. She’s driven automation and AI advancements while spearheading meaningful projects like 716 Day through Trusted Gives, raising over $100,000 for Buffalo’s East Side community. With a history of boosting team efficiency, championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, and driving impactful fundraisers, Hanna brings a strategic yet community-focused energy to the Eugene V. Debs board of directors, eager to make a difference.
