Ethan Cox hosts Brewers' Union No. 4, his monthly bartending night every first Monday of the month at Eugene V. Debs Hall. Ethan will be behind the mahogany pouring Buffalo beer, talking craft beer and local beer and malting history, playing great tunes, and serving up soup and socialism. This July 1, Ethan unveils Strangebird’s Cream Ale, while in lieu of soup Chris Hawley will offer up his acclaimed slow-cooked beer brats! Bring interesting beer for others to sample.
